On Thursday, November 26, 2015, Jacquelyn Stevens will be presenting at The Commons Institute program, Contemporary Legal Challenges: Ethics, Professionalism and the Model Code.
The program will focus on how ethical conundrums have become more complex, and questions loom large for practitioners in areas such as advocacy, client capacity, and communications. To maintain professional prudence, today's practitioner requires a robust awareness of concerns that engage the pan-Canadian model code of professional conduct, sometimes in new ways.
Jacquie's presentation is titled: Knowledge Management for Lawyers.
