On January 28, 2016, Jacquelyn Stevens will be speaking at the 2016 SMART Remediation Conference.

The conference will be taking place in Vaughan, Ontario at the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre.

Jacquie's presentation is titled: Managing Environmental Liabilities: Case Law Update and Case Studies.  Jacquie's presentation will provide an update of the latest environmental regulatory and civil case law across Canada.  Key consultant professional “blunders” and liabilities will also be reviewed.  Finally, several case studies will be discussed which incorporate the unique intersection between the law and environmental science, these examples involve different investigation and remediation strategies.
