Willms & Shier partner Julie Abouchar has co-authored her new book, Ontario Water Law, with Theresa McClenaghan of the Canadian Environmental Law Association.
The book, published by Canada Law Book on December 12, 2014, provides a thorough examination of the current provincial and federal regulatory framework for all aspects of water in Ontario - all of which is annotated with cases from the courts and tribunals along with the prosecution disposition reports.
