The global COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented crisis, causing significant disruptions to businesses across all sectors. Environmental regulators across Canada have taken different approaches to dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. While some regulators have pressed pause on certain regulatory obligations, others have confirmed that regulatory obligations remain in effect.
