Charles Birchall and Marc McAree will be participating in the CBA NEERLS & Department of Justice 28th Annual Meeting. The program is being held in Ottawa from November 2-3, 2017.

• Chuck will be chairing the session titled: Implications of the Chippewas of the Thames and Hamlet of Clyde River Supreme Court of Canada Rulings.
• Marc will be participating in the session titled: Regional Hot Topics – Roundtable on Recent Developments in Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Across Canada.  His presentation will discuss making out the due diligence defence in R v ControlChem Canada Ltd. and Motions to Revoke in Keswick Presbyterian Church v Ontario (Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change).
