Charles Birchall and Marc McAree will be speaking at the 27th Annual CBA NEERLS & Department of Justice Meeting. The program is being held in Ottawa on November 3-4, 2016.

• Chuck will be presenting on "Public Authority Liability".  He will speak about recent decisions which have highlighted the important and escalating field of the legal liability of public authorities in conducting their day to day business
• Marc will be presenting on "Nuisance Litigation Developments".  He will speak about contaminated land nuisance claims and in particular Midwest Properties Ltd. v. Thordarson (leave to the Supreme Court of Canada denied May 26, 2016)
